摘要
贫困是长期困扰人类生活的顽疾,扶贫政策则反映了政府对于贫困问题的分析和认识程度,并且直接影响扶贫的实践和成效。妇女的就业状况对西部贫困地区整体的就业状况有着重要影响。
Poverty is a rooted social problem which puzzles the humankind for a long time. The policy of helping the poor reflects the government＇s analysis and the understanding degree of the poverty, and furthermore it affects the practice and the result of helping the poor directly. Woman＇ s employment condition has an important influence on the whole condition of the western poor area.
