摘要
2004年6月25日,我国中小企业板在深圳证交所正式挂牌成立,时至今日,中小企业板已创立一年有余。目前,中小企业板在规模建设、股权分置改革、中小板指数、诚信建设等方面取得了较好的成绩。当然,中小企业板面临的风险和不足之处也逐渐显露出来,相关的制度建设已成了为完善这个新生市场而应当关注的焦点。科学合理的制度安排是中小企业板平稳运行的基础。因此,盘点我国的中小企业板一周年建设,着眼我国中小企业板的现实,用规范化的制度展望未来是当前我国中小企业板工作的重心之一。
On June 25,2004, the small and medium - sized enterprise board was officially set up in Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Till now, the small and medium- sized enterprise board has achieved good performance, while some risks and defects have appeared. Thus the set up of relevant system becomes the focus of perfecting this new market. Scientific and reasonable arrangement of system is the foundation of smooth operation of enterprises.
