比较分析国内外金融企业市场退出机制,我国金融企业市场退出的制度、法律体系、存款保险制度、市场退出的处理方式等方面存在缺陷,健全金融企业风险预警机制、完善法律体系、强化市场手段、优化统筹市场退出与金融市场组织结构才能降低金融市场退出而产生的负外部性。。
The article analyzes market withdrawal mechanism of the overseas financial enterprises, compares the legal systems, the deposit insurance systems and the ways to conduct market withdrawal, expounds the defect in the system of market withdrawal of financial enterprises in China, and puts forward some suggestions as well.
