摘要
目的研究POEMS综合征的-陆床特征，提高对POEMS综合征的认识。方法分析5例确诊的POEMS综合征临床表现、实验室检查结果及治疗经过。结果5例患者中，主要临床表现为多发性神经病变，肝、脾肿大。内分泌病变，皮肤色素沉着及水肿；1例伴Castleman病；院外5例均误诊；经治疗后5例症状均缓解。结论POEMS综合征是一个被人们认识不足的疾病。因此应予以重视，以免误诊、漏诊。
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of POEMS syndrome and to improve the diagnosis of POEMS syndrome. Methods 5 cases with proved POEMS syndrome were analyzed,including their clinical manifestations,laboratory tests and therapeutic process. Results The major clinical manifestations of the 5 patients were peripheral polyneuropathy, hegato-and splenomegaly, endocrinopathy, pigmentation and edema. One case had Castleman disease. The misdiagnosis rate was 100% before admission. Symptoms were improved in all cases after treatment. Conclusion POEMS syndrome, at present, remains to be an underdiagnosed and undertreated disorder and more attention should be drawn in case of false diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
