摘要
目的:建立创伤诱导的Sprague-Dawley大鼠跟腱异位骨化动物模型,并初步探讨其形成机制。方法:30只Sprague-Dawley大鼠行右侧跟腱切断术,分别于术后第3、5、10周行X线和组织学检查。结果:3周时所有动物未见异位骨化;5周时60%的动物X线平片可见异位骨,40%的动物组织学检查发现有软骨形成;10周后所有动物均出现异位骨化。这种异位骨的结构和常位骨相似,具有骨小梁和骨髓结构。异位骨是通过软骨化骨过程形成的。结论:采用切断Sprague-Dawley大鼠跟腱的方法能有效诱导异位骨化,该方法简便易行,结果稳定可靠。
Purpose To induce heterotopic ossification through traumatic animal model and to investigate the possible mechanism for its occurrence. Methods Tenotomy were performed on the fight Achilles tendons of 30 Sprague - Dawley rats with aseptic technique and under general anaesthesia. X - ray and histological exam- ination were made on week 3,5 and 10, respectively. Results 60 percent of specimens showed cartilage and bone formation while the remaining 40 percent showed chondrification five weeks after tenotomy. After 10 weeks all specimens showed bone formation with trahecular bone. This heterotopic ossification occured through a process of endochondral ossification. Conclusion Tenotomy is a simple and feasible method to induce heterotopic ossification.
