弓形虫株间差异的实验研究初探 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨各弓形虫株间毒力、致病性以及在分子水平上的差异,对RH株、PP株、sh-1株弓形虫毒力进行了观察,结果RH株对鼠毒力致病性最强,sh-1株次之,PP株最弱。三株弓形虫基因组DNA经HindII、BamHI、SalI酶切后电泳,结果呈涂布状,用EcoRI酶切后,三株弓形虫DNA均出现一条带,说明弓形虫株间分化程度不高,采用酶切分析法不能分辨出株间差异,应在此基础上用单考贝或多考贝的探针进行Southern印迹分析,或用更先进的分辨力更高的方法进行分析。 In this paper,we observed pathogenicity of three strains T.gondii.The results was demonstrated that RH strain T.gondii is virulent,Sh 1 strain is intermediate,PP strain is chronic.Three strains T.gondii genomic DNA was cleaved with endonuclease HindIII.BamHI.SalI.It was shown smear by using electrophoretic analysis.Three strains T.gondii genomic DNA cleaved with endonuclease EcoRI was shown only a band on agarose gel electrophoresis,suggesting degree of differentiation among toxoplasmic strains is low.The difference strain was indistinguishable by RFLP analysis.We consider that Southern blot or more advanced method should be adopted.
