摘要
扫描电子显微镜观察表明,已适应于兔体的猪肺炎霉形体兔化弱毒株能够在猪肺内繁殖,接种后30天可见到大量的霉形体生长于支气管纤毛丛表面;45天霉形体数量减少且变形;60天霉形体趋向消失。在长达60天的感染过程中,兔化弱毒株对纤毛的损伤轻微,肺泡的病变也较轻。而济南株强毒在接种后15天就造成了纤毛大面积脱落,45天内仍然持续进行;既使无眼观病变的部位其支气管纤毛丛也发生了严重脱落。结果证明猪肺炎霉形体兔化弱毒株对猪的致病力减弱。
Bronchi and lung sections of pigs inoculated with the lapinized strain of M. hyopneumonia were exam-ined by SEM and TEM at post inoculation day (PID) 15,30,45 and 60. Numerous mycoplasma cells were ob-served in the bronchi of pigs at PID 30, but no obvious loss of the cilia was found. On the contrary, severe sloughing of the cilia of bronchi in pigs inoculated with the Z-strain used as a pathogenic control occured at PID 15,30 and 45.
