摘要
本文应用尿液自动分析仪试纸条法和显微镜目测法，对３２１例尿白细胞进行对比观察，结果阴性符合率达０．９０，阳性标本，总趋势是一致的，所以尿化学分析仪可以做为尿中白细胞测定的筛选试验。
The leukocytes in urines of 321 cases were observed comparatively by means of urine auto - analyxer testing paper method and range estimation under microscope. The resucts shoued that negative coincidence was up to 0.90. For positive samples the common tendency was identical. Therefore urine chemical analyzer can be used to detect leukocytes in urine for screening.
