结直肠癌组织中黏蛋白MUC2和MUC3的表达及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨散发性结直肠癌组织中MUC2和MUC3的表达与临床病理参数间的关系及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测90例结直肠癌和30例正常结直肠黏膜组织中MUC2和MUC3的表达。结果:30例正常结直肠黏膜组织中黏蛋白MUC2和MUC3的表达阳性率均为100%,而90例结直肠癌组织中MUC2和MUC3的阳性表达率分别为35.5%和52.2%(P< 0.05);MUC2和MUC3的表达与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移和Dukes分期密切相关(P<0.05),黏蛋白MUC3与肿瘤的分化程度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:黏蛋白MUC2和MUC3在人结直肠癌组织中表达下调。 OBJECTIVE:To explore the relationship between expressions of mucin MUC2 and MUC3 in colorectal carcinoma and clinicopathological parameters and their clinical significance. METHODS: The expressions of MUC2 and MUC3 in 90 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 30 cases of normal colorectal tissue were detected by S-P immunohistochemical technique. RESULTS: The positive expression rates of MUC2 and MUC3 in normal colorectal mucosa were 100%, respectively, but the positive expression rates of mucin MUC2 and MUC3 in the cases of colorectal carcinoma were 35. 5 % and 52.2%,respectively(P〈0.05). Both of them showed brown-yellow in the cytoplasm, especially around the karyon. The expressions of MUC3 and MUC2 were correlated with the depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and Dukes staging(P〈0.05). MUC3 expression was negative correlated with the degree of differentiation(P〈 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The down-regulation of mucin MUC2 and mucin MUC3 expressions may be involved in carcinogenesis and progression in colorectal carcinoma.
