摘要
溴隐亭已应用于治疗垂体腺瘤病人。经溴隐亭治疗后的垂体腺留,肿瘤生长受到抑制,体积缩小,瘤细胞萎缩、坏死,细胞内的粗面内质网,高尔基体和线粒体的超微结构明显改变,分泌颗粒减少。结果说明溴隐亭是治疗垂体腺瘤的有效药物之一。
Bromocriptin was used to treat the patient with pituitary adenoma. We found the inhibition of pituitary
prolactinoma cells in growth, decrease of the tumour in size, shink and necrosis of the turnout cells after the
treatment with Bromoctiptin. We also detected the ultrastructural changes of rough endoplasmic reticulum and Golgi body, reduction of secreting granulars in the tumour cells.It is shown that Bromocriptin is one of the effective drugs in treatment of the pituitary adenoma.
