摘要
应用放射免疫分析的方法,观察了自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)脑底动脉上血管活性肠肽(VIP)和P物质(SP)含量的变化.结果表明,SHR各主要脑底动脉SP的含量在2.60~3.51pg/mg之间.大脑前动脉(ACA)SP的含量SHR比对照京都Wistar(WKY)大鼠小,在其它脑底动脉上SP的含量SHR和WKY大鼠无差异.SHR各主要脑底动脉上的VIP含量在2.30~2.55pg/mg之间,和WKY大鼠均无明显差异.同时对SHR脑底动脉上肽类物质含量的变化的意义作了进一步的讨论.
In this study, radioimmunoassay was used to investigate the changes of the contents of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) and substance P (SP) in the cerebral arteries of spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). The results showed that the contents of SP in the major cerebral arteries of SHR were 2.60 to 3.51 pg/mg. The contents of SP of SHR were lower than those of the normal control Wistar Kyoto (WKY) rats in the anterior cerebral arteries, but close to those of WKY rats in other major cerebral arteries. The contents of VIP in each major cerebral artery of SHR varied between 2.30 and 2.55 pg/mg, and no significant difference between the VIP contents of SHR and WKY rats was observed. In addition, in this paper is further discussed the significance of the difference between the peptide contents in the cerebral arteries of SHR and WKY rats.
