摘要
本文对在我院行初次腰椎间盘摘除术的患者203例进行随访,用Roland问卷对其远期疗效进行评定.我们应用回归分析筛选出5项敏感指标,得出回归方程.同时对该问卷的优、缺点进行了分析.本文初步拟定出腰椎术后疗效评价应包括的指标,为制定我国自己的评定标准打下了一定的基础.
Two hundred and three patients who received first lumbar discectomy in our hospital were followed up. The Roland Disabilty Questionnair was used to evaluate the long term result of them. We used the regression analysis to choose the sensetive items. Five items were selected,and the regression equation was constructed. In this paper,we point out a few items should be used in the outcome assessment system,and also form a foundation for our own low back rating scale.
