摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)在人睾丸精原细胞瘤组织中的表达及其与临床分期、预后的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测33例人睾丸精原细胞瘤和11例正常睾丸组织中MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达,并与肿瘤的临床分期及预后进行比较。结果33例睾丸精原细胞瘤组织中MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1的表达率分别为69.7%、75.8%、57.6%,表达率随肿瘤的临床分期升高而增加。MMPs/TIMPs比值大者死亡率高。结论MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1在人睾丸精原细胞瘤的浸润转移过程中起重要作用,有可能成为估计预后的指标之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between matrical metalloprotelnase-2 (MMP-2), matrical metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and their clinical stages and prognoses. Methods Immunohistochemical staining assay was used to determine the MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP- 1 expressions in 33 cases of human seminoma and 11 normal cases. The reuslts were compared with the clinical stages and prognoses of tumors. Results The expression rates of MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the 33 cases of seminoma were 69.7 %, 75.8 % and 57.6 % respectively and the expression rates increased with clinical stages. The higher the ratio of MMPs to TIMPs, the higher the death rate. Conclusion MMP-2, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 play an important role in the infiltrative metastasis of seminoma and may act as one of the factors to evaluate prognosis.
