摘要
目的观察参一胶囊在乳腺癌术后辅助化疗中的疗效。方法将乳腺癌术后化疗后两疗程出现气虚证的48例患者随机分为两组:联合组(参一胶囊和化疗)和化疗组(单纯化疗)各24例,观察后两个疗程的气虚证临床症状的改善情况等。结果联合组气虚证临床症状均有明显改善;生存质量改善,表现为体重和Karnofsky评分均有提高;血液学毒性中白细胞下降明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论参一胶囊对乳腺癌术后化疗中的气虚证临床症状有明显的改善作用,并且还能提高患者的生存质量和减轻化疗的毒副作用。
Objective To observe the efficacy of shenyi capsule on postoperative breast cancer patients during adjuvant chemotherapy. Methods Forty-eight postoperative breast cancer patients during adjuvant chemotherapy were randomized into the combination group （n=24） and the chemotherapy group （n=24）. The efficacy of adjuvant chemotherspy shout the clinical symptom of syndrome of QI deficiency was studied. Results The symptoms of QI deficiency in patients of the eomblning group improved significantly which was superior to the chemotherapy group （P〈0.05）. The Karnofsky score and body weight were different significantly between the combining group and the chemotherapy group （P〈0.05）. Quality of life （QOL） of the patients was improved and toxicity of bone marrow was reduced in the combination group. Conclusions Shenyi capsule may be used for treatment QI deficiency of postoperative breast cancer parents during adjuvant chemotherapy. It may improve major symptoms of QOL of the patents and decrease the blood toxicity of chemotherapy.
