加压法合成碳酸丙烯酯催化剂探讨 被引量:1

摘要 对加压法二氧化碳与环氧丙烷合成碳酸丙烯酯催化剂进行了研究,实验结果表明:KI/聚乙二醇400催化体系具有很好的催化活性,可在较低温度、压力下短时间高产率的得到碳酸丙烯酯。碳酸丙烯酯得率可达99.8%以上,在一定条件下,经多次循环使用后仍有较高的活性。 In this paper, the preparation of propylene carbonater from carbon dioxide and propylene oxide catalyst was studied. The experimental results show that KI/PEG400 ( 1 : 1 ) behaves very high catalytic activity, and propylene carbonate can be produced in high yield under moderate conditions by using this catalyst. Carbonic acid esters in rate of 99.8% annually over, under certain conditions,the cycle of repeated use is higher reactive.
