摘要
结合水库工程测量技术方案的设计过程，介绍了以GPS新技术和常规光电测距三维导线测量方法相结合建立库坝区基本控制的思路，以及实施的效果。
According to the design process of engineering survey technology for Tingkou Reservoir, the idea and actual effect of the reservoir dam building were introduced in combining with GPS and the three dimensional traversing into the method of routine electro optical distance survey.
