摘要
通过对中外著名大学的比较研究,综述了具有代表性的经典大学管理理念,认为,一流的大学管理理念产生一流的大学;一流的大学校长产生一流的大学管理理念;一流的大学管理理念不能脱离学校和社会的实际。
On the basis of comparative study of famous universities at home and abrond, the present research reviewed the classical management believes in some representative modern universities and concluded that, first -class universities come from first -clss chanceflors; and first -class management believes are closely related to social practice.
