摘要
通过Tyndall效应、电镜观察、电导率测定、结合聚合实验,发现铁体系催化剂在加氢汽油溶剂中为胶体催化剂,而且是动力不稳定的胶体体系。催化剂各组分配比,加料顺序影响到胶粒的形态,因而影响到催化活性与聚合物的微观结构。由于陈化使胶粒聚集变大,所以催化活性降低。据此较合理地解释了聚合温度,催化剂用量对聚合物转化率的影响。
By the Tyndall effect, the electromicroscope, the electro-conductivity as well as theresults of the polymerization experiment, it was found that Fe (naph) -Al (i-Bu) -CH=CHCHCldispersed in hydrogenated gasoline as solvent was a colloidal system. The component ratios and thefeeding sequence of catalyst affected the form of the colloidal articles and, what is more, the catulyticactivity and microstructure of the polymer. Because of the ageing of the catalyst, the colloidal particlesagglomerated and grew, so that the Catulytic activity was decreased. Accordingly, it was explainedreasonably that the polymer yeild was influenced by polymerization temperature and the catalystquantity in polyemrization.
