摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤分期护理效果。方法对重型颅脑损伤分:紧急抢救期、特别护理期、术后护理期、基础护理期、康复期五期进行有针对性的观察及护理。结果治愈率占88%,好转率占9.8%,死亡率占2.4%,减少了并发症,降低了死亡率。结论通过仔细的观察及护理,实施有效的护理措施,及时发现问题及时处理,最终达到满意效果。
Objective To investigate attendance effect on severe head injury. Methods All the patients were given observation and attendance during instant treatment stage, intensive care stage, postoperative care stage, basic care stage and recovery care stage. Results The care rate is 88 %, improvement rate is 9.8 %, and the death rate is 2.4 %. Conclusion After given careful clinical observation and effective attendance contented clinical result could be obtained. Complication and mortality would be reduced.
