摘要
基于校报育人的重要作用,探讨了与高校校报日常工作密切相关的学生团体———大学生记者团,从思想政治教育、人文素质培养、综合能力锻炼三个方面,着重探讨大学生记者团的教育管理在高校育人工作中不可小视的作用。
This paper, beginning from the three aspects of college newspaper in talent cuhivation, discusses the important role of college students＇ Journalist Society in fostering talents.
