摘要
青海国企的调查证明:国企党政领导十分重视发挥工会的源头参与、维权机制建设和民主管理,工会能够围绕企业中心开展自己的工作;但也存在一些问题,如:职工工资收入差距较大,工会干部素质偏低,工会主席兼职程度高,工会工作缺乏创新等。所以,企业党政领导要进一步加强对工会的领导,努力提高工会干部的素质,积极推行工资集体协商制度,确保职工的利益实现。
The investigation on Qinghai state-operated enterprises certifies:the party and political leaders at the state-operated enterprises very much emphasize the participation of the headstream played by the trade unions,participation in the construction of the right-maintaining mechanism system and the democratic management,the trade unions could be able to encircle the enterprise enter to develop their own work;but some problems still exist in the trade unions,for instance;the difference between the wage incomes of the wide employees and workers is big,the qualification of the wide trade union cadres is lower,the concurrent post degree of the trade union chairman is high,and the trade union work are lack of innovation etc.therefore,the party and political leaders at the enterprises should strengthen the leading force on the trade union,and strive for increasing the qualifications of the wide trade union cadres,and pushing forward the collective discussion system for the wage so as to ensure the realization of the benefits of the wide employees and workers.
