电化学发光CYFRA21-1检测在鼻咽癌临床诊断中的价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨检测血清CY21-1水平对鼻咽癌的诊断意义。方法应用电化学发光免疫分析技术测定92例未经治疗的鼻咽癌患者的血清CY21-1值与50例正常对照血清CY21-1值比较。结果鼻咽癌患者血清CY21-1值高于正常对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01),鼻咽癌组CY21-1阳性率为42.39%,阳性率随临床分期进展有逐渐增高趋势。结论血清CY21-1测定对鼻咽癌的辅助诊断有一定的应用价值,是一项值得推广的检测指标。
