摘要
目的观察止痒消炎水治疗神经性皮炎的疗效。方法68例神经性皮炎患者给予止痒消炎水或给予去炎松尿素软膏对照治疗,其中止痒消炎水治疗组38例,与去炎松尿素软膏对照组30例相比较。结果治疗组总有效率92.1%,对照组总有效率76.7%,两组疗效比较,有效率有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论止痒消炎水治疗组效果明显优于对照组,且无毒副作用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of the relieving itching ＆ disinfecting liquid in the treatment of neurodermitis. Metheds 68 patients finally diagnosed with neurodennitis were randomly divided into two groups： the treated group（n=38）were treated with the relieving itching ＆ disinfecting liquid; the controlled group （n=30） were treated with triamcinolone and urea cream. Results The total effective power of the treated group was 80.07%, while which in the controlled group was 64.07% .there was a statistic significance between the two groups （p〈0.01）. Conclusions Compared with treated with triamcinolone and urea cream, the relieving itching ＆ disinfecting liquid got a significant therapeutic effect in the treatment of neurodermitis, and it was safe.
