摘要
目的探讨CT导引下深部冷冻加中药熏蒸治疗非特异性腰痛的方法。方法在CT导引下经皮穿刺到脊神经后支,对神经分支施行深部冷冻,再加上中药局部熏蒸,从而达到根治非特异性腰痛的目的。结果临床观察54例,疗效显著,经半年以上随访,优良率为94.5%。结论本法操作简单、安全、高效,是一种治疗非特异性腰痛的新方法。
Objective To explore the treatment of CT-guided deep refrigeration and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the noaspecific low hack pain, Methods Posterior branch of spinal nerve was refrigerated and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation by CT-guided, in order to treat nonspecific low back pain. Resuits It showed that 94.5 percent of the total 54 patients could get better result over half a year follow-up, Conclusions The treatment could be easy performed. It was safe and highly efficient. It should be new way in treating of the low back pain.
