摘要
目的观察尿道手术中使用医用生物蛋白胶的抗漏尿效果。方法观察组48例,其中尿道下裂38例,尿瘘6例,尿道狭窄2例,球部尿道损伤2例。对照组45例,其中尿道下裂34例,尿瘘4例,尿道狭窄3例,球部尿道损伤4例。手术中尿道成形或修复完毕后,将已配制好的医用生物蛋白胶均匀喷洒在观察组创面上。比较两组之间的术后漏尿率。结果观察组术后漏尿率为2.08%(1/48),同期对照组术后漏尿率8.89%(4/45),p<0.01,差异有显著性。结论在尿道手术中应用生物蛋白胶可明显降低术后漏尿率,值得临床上推广应用。
objective To observe the efficacy of fibrin sealant to prevent leakage of urine in patients undergoing urethral surgery. Methods The fibrin sealant was sprinkled on the area of operation after urethra was repaired or performed. The rate of leakage of urine was compared between two groups. Results The rate of leakage of urine was 2.08 %（1/48） in the observed group, 8.89 %（4/45） in the control one. The significance of difference between two groups was obvious （p〈0.01）. Conclusions Using fibrin sealant in urethral operations can reduce the rate of leakage of urine.
