摘要
针对国际标准化组织(ISO)和美国石油学会(API)等权威机构尚没有震击器及加速器、减震器等井下工具的统一工业标准,基于我国石油天然气工业井下工具相关标准同国外先进井下工具产品的技术参数类比分析,论述了修订行业标准SY/T5496-2000《震击器及加速器》、SY/T6347-1998《钻柱减震器》的必要性和迫切性,以求中国标准的国际化。同时对该标准的修订方向提出了建议,并对修订后标准的水平进行了预测性分析。
Authorities such as ISOand API have no unified standard of the downhole equipments like bumper jars, accelerators and shock absorbers. Based on the comparative analysis of the relevant standards between Chinese downhole equipment and foreign advanced one, it is presented that it is necessary and urgent to revise the industrial standards： SY/T 5496-2000 ＂Jars and Accelerators＂ and SY/T 6347-1998 ＂Drilling String Shock Absorber＂ so as to realize the internationalization of Chinese standards. Meanwhile, some suggestions are put forward about the revision direction to the standard, together with the predictive analysis of revised standard level.
