摘要
简要介绍某炼油厂酮苯脱蜡油溶剂回收工艺，定性地分析了如何在保证回收溶剂质量的前提下，尽量降低回收装置的能耗，并介绍了该装置优化控制的硬件设备、软件系统构成。其中重点介绍了智能数据库、专家控制系统以及智能报警等功能的实现。
After summarize the technology of recovering ketone and benzene from oil in dewaxing device,the authors qualtatively analyse how to assure solvent′s quality and reduce energy consuming.Then,the authors introduce the hardware and software of optimized control system,it is emphasized how to realize intelligent database,expert control system and intelligent alarming system,etc.The actural result proves that the optimized control system is effective,it is worth being applied to other devices.
