激光整平对钛合金激光氮化表面形态和耐磨性的影响

摘要 本文研究了激光整平对TA2钛合金激光氮化后表面形态及性能的影响。激光整平使经激光扩束的激光氮化表面粗糙度下降50%余;同时增加了TiN的数量和氮化层厚度;表面硬度是原始TA2钛合金的6倍多;亦比一次激光氮化的表面硬度提高20%。在磨料磨损试验条件下,激光整平后的钛合金耐磨损性能得以提高,磨损率降低至2.94×10-6g.N-1.m-1;其耐磨损性能分别是原始TA2合金和激光氮化后材料的8.6倍和2.5倍。激光整平所致的氮化层中TiN数量的增加和硬度的提高是耐磨性能改善的重要因素。 The effects of laser smoothing on the surface morphology and properties of laser- nitrided TA2 titanium alloy were investigated. The roughness of laser- smoothed titanium alloy decreased by 50% more of that of the laser - nitrided titanium alloy, the concentration and layer thickness of TiN in the nitrided tracks were both incressed, the surface hardness was 6 times greater than that of the titanium alloy matrix and was increased by 20% more than that of the laser - nitrided titanium alloy. Under the abrasive wear condition, the wear resistance of the laser- smoothed titanium alloy was improved with a wear rate decreasing to 2.94×10^-6g·N^-1·m^-1,yielding a wear resistance 8.6 times and 2.5 times greater than the titanium alloy matrix and the laser- nitrided titanium alloy, respectively. The increased concentration of TiN in the nitrided zone and the greater hardness from laser smoothing were important factors contributing the modified wear resistance of the titanium alloy.
