摘要
目的合成和表征了一种新的黄芩苷-铬(Ⅲ)配合物,并研究了配合物的稳定性。方法配体黄芩苷溶于60%乙醇水溶液中,在pH=9的碱性条件下,加入三氯化铬,回流4h,生成目标化合物。用红外光谱、紫外光谱、元素分析和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱对配合物进行了表征,热分析对其物理性质进行了分析。结果合成的黄芩苷-铬(Ⅲ)配合物的分子式为Na2Cr(C21H16O11)2(OH)-.10H2O。且证实了该配合物在酸性条件下是稳定的。结论首次合成的黄芩苷-铬(Ⅲ)配合物有望开发成为潜在的降糖新药。
AIM: To synthesize and characterize a novel complex of baicalin with chromium(Ⅲ), and study the stability of the complex. METHODS: Baicalin was dissolved in 60% ethanol, and the reaction was taken under refluxing with pH 9. The complex was characterized hy IR and UV spectra, as well as elemental analysis and ICP. RESULT: The baicalin-chromium complex was obtained with molecular formula Na2Cr( C21H16O11)2 (OH)^ -·10H2O and it was stable in the acidic condition. CONCLUSION: The baicalin-chromium complex has been firstly successfully synthesized as a promising hypoglycemic agent.
