摘要
2006年台湾经济在美、中、日和欧盟经济的带动下,尽管台湾内部投资意愿低落,民众消费保守,但仍有4.11%的增长。因而2006年的台湾经济呈现为“内冷外热”的局面。其根本原因,正如恩格斯在1890年致康.施米特的信中所说的,政治权力对经济的反作用,有正面推动作用,也有破坏阻碍作用,当今台湾属于后面一种。恩格斯还指出,这种政治权力会在经济发展的压力之下崩溃。2006年台湾经济形势还会在2007年继续,因而2007年的台湾经济表现仍将与2006年基本相似。
Taiwan saw an economic increase by 4.11% owing to influence from the economic development in the USA, China, Japan and Europe, despite the decreasing domestic investment and the conservative consumption inside Taiwen. Taiwan Residents economy is therefore best characterized by the phrase ＂cold internally but hot externally.＂ The essential cause of this phenomenon is that political power is reactive towards economy, promoting as well as impeding its development, as Engels. stated in his letter to Schmidt in 1890. The economic situation in Taiwen today reflects the negative effect of peliticsl power. Engels also pointed out that this kind of political power tends to collapse under the pressure of economic development. The trend of economic devlopment in Taiwan in 2006 will continue into 2007 and Taiwan Residents economy in 2007 will basically he similar to that in 2006.
