摘要
研究了以低分子量聚烯烃为骨架的接枝低碳数脂肪酸酯的一种新型加工改性剂的合成以及在聚烯烃注塑、挤塑等制品加工中的应用。实验表明:用该加工改性剂可以降低加工温度,提高树脂流动性,改善制品外观质量,提高正品率。
A new type processing modifier which is formed by low molecular polyolefine as a backbone and grafting small carbon number's fatty acid ester was studied, it is used in product process of injection moulding and extrusion of polyolefine. The results show that the processing temperature is become low, resin flowability and product, surface quality are improved,and the graft ratio is increased.
