摘要
本文分析了产品的抗热震性,通过建立产品重烧升温速率计算模型,计算了产品烧成的最大升温速率,确定了合适的产品重烧制度。实验结果表明,理论值基本上符合产品的升温速率。
In this paper, the thermal shock resistance of products was analysied. A calculating models of hotting velocity of products was set up. The critical hotting velocity of products was calculated, the suitable refiring regulation of products was determinated. The results showed that the theoretical value was basically suitable to the hotting velocity of products.
