摘要
目的:建立黄芪精口服液中芒柄花素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂(romasil 5-C^18,250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(60:40);流速:1ml·min^-1;检测波长:249nm。结果:芒柄花素在0.02—0.36嵋范围内,其进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系。芒柄花素的平均回收率为99.14%,RSD=0.87%。结论:该方法准确,重复性好,可对该制剂进行含量测定及质量控制。
Objective: To establish the method for determination of the fermononetin in Huangqijing oral liquid. Method: The HPLC was adopted, the chromatographic conditions included romasil 5 -C,scolumn(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) and mobile phase consisted of methanol - water ( 60 : 40 ) at the flow rate of 1 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 249 nm. Result : the fermononetin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.02 - 0. 36μg. The average recovery of fermononetin was 99. 14% with RSD 0.87%. Conclusion: The method is accurate with good reproducibility, can be used to determine content of the preparation and control its quality.
