摘要
在分析城市水循环途径和开发利用过程的基础上,探讨了城市水健康循环的理念,并根据影响城市水循环的因素,提出建立城市水健康循环的措施,为科学地开发利用与保护管理水资源环境提供决策信息。
On the basis of analyzing the method of city water cycle and the process of exploiting it, the article discussed the concept of healthy city water cycle. Then in according to the factor of city water cycle, it put forward the measures to establish the healthy city water cycle, and provide the decision information for the exploitation of water resources and the protection for the water resources environment.
