摘要
使用D型肉毒素水剂毒饵对克拉玛依农业开发区荒漠鼠害进行药效试验,结果表明:D型肉毒素剂量达到300万毒价时,对害鼠可起到很好的防治效果,投药6 d后,灭鼠效果达到91.8%。因此,通过合理投放此种鼠药,可使鼠害防治在以保护生态环境为前提的情况下,取得降低成本和有效防治的双重效果。
Medical experiments were conducted on rodent pests in desert in agriculture developmem zone by using D-Type Krectoxin. The results showed that when the doses of D-Type Kreotoxin reached the infection titer with 300 ten thousand, better control effect could be got. After treatment for 6 days, the effect got 91.8 %. Through taking this kind of rodenticide, bi-effect of decreasing the cost and contolling effectively on rodent pests under the circumstances of precondition of protecring the eco-environment.
