摘要
提出了包含零件建模、知识建模和知识使用的知识重用方法框架,建立了面向制造的飞机钣金零件特征模型及相应的编码结构和码位定义方法。利用结构要素二元有序对组合来表示变化多样的零件结构构型并加以编码,使编码方法具有柔性。把柔性编码方法应用于零件信息描述和知识建模,并以零件制造指令设计中的应用为例,说明了应用过程,提出了建立知识库的方法。实例表明,通过码值的匹配可以快速准确地检索知识,以供使用。最后对该方法的有效性进行了分析。
The knowledge reuse method (MMU) framework including part modeling, knowledge modeling and knowledge utilization was presented. The feature-based information model and code structure oriented to aircraft sheet metal part were constructed, and each code digit was defined by value domain of its relevant feature item. To ensure the flexibility of representing the diversified structure features, a new approach coding the structure configuration was proposed by means of combining 2-tuple ordered pair of all two relevant structure elements. This flexible part-coding scheme was used for part representation and knowledge modeling. The method was explained by applying to sheet metal part process planning, and the establishing method of knowledge base was also provided. Example showed that the manufacturing knowledge could be retrieved by code matching quickly and properly. Finally, the validity of the method was analyzed.
