摘要
根据制造企业在产品开发管理中存在的问题和需求,以及现有产品数据管理系统在项目管理上存在的局限性,提出了产品数据管理中面向产品开发过程的项目管理解决方案,建立了产品数据管理中面向产品开发过程的项目管理模型,并通过构造基于项目任务结构树的多视图模式,实现了产品开发中各个阶段进行全方位的监控和任务的追踪,增强了项目管理在产品数据管理中的实用性,提高了新产品的开发速度,并在企业得到成功的应用。
To deal with requirements in product-development and limitations of project management in current Product Data Management （PDM） system, a solution to project management oriented to product-development process was proposed. A project management model oriented to product-development process in PDM was set up. By constructing the task multi-view based on the structure tree of project task, global supervision and task tracking in all stages of the product-development process were realized. This solution strengthened the practicability of the project management in PDM and accelerated development for new products. It has been successfully applied in enterprises.
