摘要
提出了一个典型的制造网格体系结构的层次模型,在此基础上,提出用资源视图和功能视图、信息视图分别描述制造网格体系结构的资源组成、功能结构和信息结构,并用过程视图将前3个视图有机地连接为一个整体。通过一个典型的工作流程,导出制造网格体系结构多视图的关系模型,清晰地呈现出制造网格体系结构的全貌。最后,基于该模型,开发实现了一个制造网格资源管理和任务管理的原型系统,初步应用验证表明,该系统可实现资源的便捷共享。
A hierarchical model for typical manufacturing grid was proposed. A list of view models including resource, function and information view was adopted to depict the resource constitution, function and information structure of manufacturing grid. The aforementioned three views were connected as a whole by a process view. By a typical manufacturing grid system workflow, the relationship model of manufacturing grid architecture was deducted, which presented the essential and whole relationship view. Finally, a software prototype for resources management and task management of manufacturing grid was developed. Application in the enterprises indicated that the proposed system could realize quick sharing of manufacturing resources.
