摘要
探讨了原丝预取向度、拉伸温度以及拉伸速度对涤纶短纤维强度变异系数的影响。结果表明:预取向度较高的原丝,在后加工一道拉伸过程中,除了非晶取向外,还产生应变结晶,造成纤维内部结构差异大,导致强度变异系数升高;拉伸温度较高或较低时,纤维内部结构有差异,使强度变异系数增加;拉伸速度的变化对强度变异系数的影响不大。
The effects of grey yarn pre-orientation degree, drawing temperature and drawing speed on the strength variable coefficient of polyester staple fiber are studied. The results show that for the grey yarn with higher pre-orientation degree,in the afterprocessing of first step drawing, strain-induced crystallization is occured besides noncrystallization orientation, which lead to the increase of fiber internal structure difference and the strength variable coefficient. Whether the drawing temperature is overlow or overhigh, the strength variable coefficient becomes higher. The drawing speed has little influence on the strength variable coefficient.
