摘要
水资源的短缺是干旱半干旱地区农业发展的主要限制因素,策勒县土地资源丰富,光照充足,但是水土资源利用不平衡,可利用的水资源量并不多。通过分析农业用水的水利效益和灌溉情况,指出策勒县农业增收的关键是大力发展水利工程,为耕地提供灌溉保证的同时要提高水资源利用率,发挥出该地区水利工程的最大效益。图2,表2,参9。
Water resource is the main natural factor restricting the exploitation and utilization of land resources in the arid and semi-arid areas. The temporal and spatial budget of water and land resources affects the ecological environment and the oasis development in arid area. The Qira oasis, which located in the southem marginal zone of Taklamakan Desert, rich in land resources and solar radiation, has enormous potentiality for exploiting water resource, and has the superiority to increase cereal production. However, due to the unbalance of water and soil resources, the available water for agricultural use is not certainly much. Analysis results of the irrigation situation and the conservancy benefit of water indicated that the area of the cultivated land should maintain the existing status and not continue to expand. Under this regime, providing the cultivated land with sufficient irrigation water and, simultaneously, enhancing the use efficiency of water resources, is the key for the oasis water resources development. Therefore, we must pay attention to the water resources protection for the water sustainable development in Qira.
