摘要
考察了YBCO(YB2Cu3O7-x)透氧膜反应器中Ni/ZrO2催化剂催化氧化CH4制合成气时催化剂的积炭行为.结果表明,积炭速率随温度升高而增加,根据积炭反应平衡常数,积炭主要是甲烷分解积炭所导致.由SEM图可以观察到,温度为850~875℃时,积炭的形状主要是丝状炭,而900℃时积炭的形状为包容炭,包容炭对催化剂活性有较大影响.
The deposit carbon on Ni/ZrO2 catalyst was studied when using methane partial oxidation to syngas in the YBCO membrane reactor. Results show that the velocity of the deposited carbon increases with the temperature. According to the equilibrium constant of the deposit carbon reaction, the deposited carbon reaction is mainly caused by the decomposed of methane. From SEM pictures the species of the carbon is mainly filiform carbon at the temperature between 850 ℃ and 875 ℃. When temperature rises to 900 ℃, the species of the carbon is mainly contained carbon, which affects the activity of the catalyst strongly.
