摘要
研究了“水花生和麦麸—黄粉虫—鳝鱼”食物链各个环节的物质能量转化效率以及整条食物链的物质流和能量流。水花生与麦麸的不同搭配比例极显著地影响黄粉虫幼虫的特定生长率、物质能量转化效率(P<0.01),但对虫粪生物量回收率及N、P回收率没有影响(P>0.05)。用20%的水花生和80%的麦麸饲养黄粉虫幼虫效果最好。不同饲料饲养的黄粉虫幼虫对黄鳝特定生长率没有影响(P>0.05),但对饵料系数、物质能量转化效率及鱼粪回收率有极显著的影响(P<0.01)。整条食物链的物质、能量转化效率较高,生物量转化效率为3.17%,能量转化效率为4.38%,N、P转化效率分别为7.66%和11.47%。
The paper studied material and energy transforming efficiency at every knot and the material and energy flow of the foodchain (wheat bran-Tenebrio molitor-mud eel) indoor. The proportion of alligator weed to wheat bran had greatly significant effects on special growth rate,material and energy transforming efficiency of the larva (P〈0.01) while no effects on biomass,the retrieve rate of N and P, feces (P〉0.05). The larva fed with 20% alligator and 80% wheat bran could achieve best effect. Different feed had no significant effects on special growth rate of ricefield eels (P〉0.05) while great influence on feed coefficient,material and energy transforming efficiency and feces retrieve rate (P〈0.01). The whole foodchain had high material and energy transforming efficiency. The biomass,energy,N and P transforming efficiency were 3.17%,4.38 %,7.66 % and 11.47% respectively.
