摘要
知识管理在提高企业竞争能力方面起着重要作用,但也面临着严峻挑战:在知识数量急剧膨胀的同时,老化知识也在大量地占用企业的知识管理资源。对此,引入了知识复选的概念和标准,从老化知识退出机制的角度提出建立知识复选工作的实现模式,以达到优化企业知识管理实践,提高知识管理效率的目的。
The knowledge management plays the vital role of enhancing the enterprise competitive ability. But it is also facing the stem challenge： while quantity of knowledge is growing sharply, the aged knowledge also takes the precious resources of enterprise in massiw This article proposes to use the method of knowledge reelection to establish the withdrawal mechanism of aged knowledge, optimizes enterprise knowledge management practice, and enhance the efficiency of knowledge management.
