摘要
通过对科技成果转化进行细分,从市场、社会、生态3方面确立了反映科技成果转化短期效果和长期效果的评价指标体系,并且运用3层BP人工神经网络方法对科技成果转化进行评价,最后提出改进科技成果评价的对策,为科学合理地进行科技成果转化评价提供借鉴。
This article divides technical achievement into three kinds, and establishes the appraisal target system from the market,the society and the ecology aspects by considering technology transformation short-term effect and the long-term effect. Then,it utilizes artificial nerve network of BP to appraise technology transformation. At last,it comes up with four countermeasures, in order to appraise the technology transformation more reasonably.
