摘要
借助扫描电子显微镜和差示扫描量热仪以及动态粘弹谱仪等仪器,研究了聚苯醚/聚酰胺合金的工艺、结构和性能的关系。实验表明,同一种聚苯醚/聚酰胺合金因其加工工艺条件不同,其结构形态不同;韧性相差较大的同类材料,其结构形态也不同,但其DSC曲线与动态粘弹谱曲线却无明显区别。
The technology morphology and mechanical properties of super-tough PPO/PA alloy have been studied by SEM ,DSC and DVES etc.The test showed that the same PPO/PA alloy meterials' properties were different because their different processing Conditions f different properties' PPO/PA alloy meterials,their morphology were different,but their DSC and DVES charts were close to the same.
