肝脏退变结节MR诊断的初步实验研究 被引量:3

MR diagnosis of dysplastic nodule in rat liver induced by diethylnitrosamine-preliminary experimental study

摘要 目的研究二乙基亚硝胺(DEN)诱发的大鼠肝脏退变结节MR各个序列的信号特征及病灶检出率。方法对DEN诱发的30只大鼠肝脏病变模型进行MR检查,扫描序列为T1WI、T2WI及弥散加权(DWI)。扫描后即行病理学研究,对病灶进行严格影像-病理对照。结果通过大体标本连续切片,共发现30只大鼠肝脏〉3mm结节160个,其中3-4mm大小结节142个,4-5mm大小结节12个,5-6mm大小结节6个。退变结节(n=154)的信号特征为T1WI等信号或低信号,T2WI等信号或高信号,DWI等信号或高信号。MR各序列对退变结节的检出率分别为T1WI:29%(45/154),T2WI:45%(V0/154),DWI:52%(64/124)。结合常规T1WI、T2WI与DWI,检出率为65%(81/124)。结论结合MR扫描T1WI、T2WI及DWI,对DEN诱发的大鼠肝脏退变结节检出率较高。 Purpose To study the signal characteristics and sensitivity of MR sequences on dysplastic nodule in rat liver induced by diethylnitrosamine. Methods Thirty rats with hepatic nodules induced by diethylnitrosamine were examined by MR with SE T1WI, FSE T2WI, and Diffusion-Weighted Imaging (DWI). Prospective MR image interpretations were lesion-by-lesion compared with pathologic results. Results Through consecutive section of the specimens of 30 rats livers, 160 nodules were found (3 - 4 mm, n = 142 ; 4 - 5 mm, n = 12 ; 5 - 6 mm, n = 6). The signal characteristics of dysplastic nodules (n= 154) were isointense or hypointense on T1WI images, isointense or hyperintense on T2WI and DWI images. Those of hepatocellular carcinoma (n = 5) were hypointense or isointense on T1WI images, and hyperintense on T2WI and DWI images. Those of cholangiocarcinoma (n = 1) were hypointense on T1WI images, and hyperintense on T2WI and DWI images. The sensitivity of detection of dysplastic nodules was 29% (45/154) for T1WI, 45% (70/154) for T2WI, and 52% (64/124) for DWI. That of combining TIWI and T2WI with DWI was 65% (81/124). Conclusions The sensitivity of combining TIWI and T2WI with DWI for detection of dysplastic nodules of rat liver induced by diethylnitrosamine was relatively high.
