摘要
研究以膨润土吸附铜冶炼废水中的Cu2+。结果表明,不需要调节pH,膨润土用量为0.1g/mL,搅拌时间为10-15min,操作温度为30-40℃,铜冶炼废水中的Cu2+的去除率达99.44%,处理后水中残留Cu2+浓度为0.025g/mL,远低于国家污水综合排放标准(GB8978-1996)的一级标准。相对于其他处理方法,该方法具有工艺简单、成本低廉、处理效果好等优势,具有良好的应用前景。
The adsorption process of Cu^2 + ion from copper smelting wastewater with bentonite is investigated. The results show that under the condition of natural pH of the wastewater, 0. 1g/mL bentonite dosage, 10- 15 min mixing time, and 30-40℃ temperature, the removal efficiency of Cu^2+ from copper smelting wastewater by bentonite adsorption is over 99.44 %, the remain Cu^2 + concentration in the treated wastewater is only 0.025 g/mL, is much better than that first degree requirement of the national discharge standards. Compared to the other methods, this process is simple in technological flowsheet, low in operation cost and excellent in treatment result. Therefore, it has bright future in application.
