摘要
根据连续体振动理论对某催化蒸汽管线振动作了理论分析和探讨。在现场实际测量的基础上建立了管线振动计算模型,计算了管线自由振动频率和振型以及现有约束条件下的自由振动频率和振型。同时模拟若干种约束条件,计算了管线自由振动频率和振型,最后结出了管线的振动原因和改造方案。
Based on the vibration theory of continuum,a theoretical analysis and an approach were conducted for the vibration of a catalytic vapor pipelines.The calculating model of the pipeline vibation was established,thd free vibration frequency and the vibration model were calculated,and the free vibration frequency and the vibration model under the existing constrained conditions were calculated according to the measurements in site.The free vibration frequency and the vibration model in some simulated constrained conditions were calculated.Finally,the causes of pipeline vibration and the improvement plans were given.
