摘要
利用热质比拟原理及萘升华技术,对滴形管换热器壳程的换热特性进行了实验研究。讨论了排列方式对管束平均放热的影响以及放热系数随流动方向上排数的变化规律。给出了计算管束平均换热系数的实验关联式。实验结果表明,滴形管束和圆管管束相比具有强化传热的显著优点。
An experimental investigation was conducted for the shell heat exchange characteristics of a dropper shaped tube heat exchanger by using the principle of heat mass transfer analogy and the technique of naphthalane sublimation,the influence of the arrangement forms on the average heat release and the change law of heat release coefficient with the rows in the direction of flow were discussed.The experimental correlative formula for calculating the average heat exchange coefficient of the bundles was given.The results showed that the dropper shaped tube bundles had an obvious advantage of enhanced heat transfer in comparison with circular bundles.
