摘要
目的研究体外添加补肾活血方含药血清对弱精子症精子运动能力的影响。方法将弱精子症患者精子与补肾活血方含药血清共培养，应用精子运动CASA分析观察补肾活血方对精子运动能力的影响。结果与含药血清共培养后，运动精子率，前向性运动精子率、平均路径运动速度、曲线运动速度、精子头部侧摆幅度和鞭毛摆动频率均显著提高。结论体外添加补肾活血方含药血清能提高精子运动能力。
Objective To study the effect of serum containing Busheng-huoxue Fang on motility of the sperm from patients with asthenospermia in vitro. Methods Sperm from patients with asthenospermia was co-cultured with serum containing Bushen-Huoxue Fang in vitro. Sperm motility was evaluated by computer assisted semen analysis （CASA）. Results The co-cultured serum with Bushen-huoxue Fang significantly increased the sperm activity rate （ P〈0. 01）, sperm forward movement rate, the sperm motion velocity （VAP, VCL, VSL）, the amplitude of lateral head movement （ALH）, and the beat frequency of flagellum （BCF） （ P〈0. 05）. Conduslon Bushen-huoxue Fang can improve motility of the sperm from patients with asthenospermia in vitro.
